Unilux Brand We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Client Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prepare and present account performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
