We're hunting for a Custodian to join our Mammoth team, maintaining top-tier facilities that power premium pre-rolls, top brands, and groundbreaking products. What You’ll Do
- Own daily cleaning, trash runs, deep upkeep (warehouse, break room, outdoors), and supply stocking with precision to exceed safety and compliance standards.
- Perform routine inspections, light maintenance/repairs, and document everything flawlessly while staying audit-ready.
- Proactively spot and suggest efficiency/safety improvements—your ideas help fuel our rapid scaling.
- Jump into occasional general labor and overtime in our high-energy, adaptable environment.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years in custodial, facilities, janitorial, or warehouse maintenance—eager learners with hustle welcome.
- Self-starter vibe: independent, organized, detail-focused, with clear communication and a safety-first mindset.
- Passion for cannabis, reliability, punctuality, and hunger to contribute ideas in a regulated, fast-growing space.
Physical Stuff
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; bend, twist, reach, grasp, and stand/walk up to 10 hours.
- Sharp senses for spotting issues and safe equipment/chemical use.
- Forklift experience a plus (training available!).
