As the team scales, they need a Junior Salesforce Administrator to manage core configuration, user support, and basic automation so business users can work efficiently. This role ensures the CRM remains reliable, well-documented, and aligned to the needs of sales, marketing, and operations.

The Impact you’ll make

Administration & Configuration
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access settings
  • Maintain objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Build and support basic automation with Flow and/or Process Builder

Data Management & Reporting
  • Execute data imports/exports and assist with deduplication and data hygiene
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards used to track key operational metrics
  • Monitor data quality and surface discrepancies or improvement opportunities

Customization & Support
  • Assist with integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Slack) and basic troubleshooting
  • Triage and resolve user-reported issues; escalate complex items as needed
  • Document configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures

Collaboration & Enablement
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to understand requirements
  • Translate user needs into simple, scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Create guides, how-tos, and training materials; provide user support

Governance & Reliability
  • Follow change management and testing practices to prevent production issues
  • Help maintain security, permissioning, and compliance best practices
  • Contribute to a predictable release cadence for enhancements and fixes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce administration in a business or support role
  • Proficiency with core setup: users, roles/profiles, objects/fields, page layouts, validation rules, and basic Flow/Process Builder
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated CRM data management: imports/exports, updates, and deduplication
  • Exposure to at least one integration tool (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Slack) and ability to communicate clearly in English
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
