About the Role
Intermedia is looking for a Senior SDET Engineer to join our Email+ Development Team.
Email+ is a large-scale platform integrating Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, email security, archiving, and encryption services. We host and protect over 1 million mailboxes, delivering highly reliable and secure solutions to customers worldwide.
In this role, you’ll work closely with developers, SDETs, and product teams to ensure quality across backend services and UI through strong automation and testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for backend services and UI
- Enhance and support existing test automation frameworks
- Create functional, integration, and unit tests
- Participate in test planning, reviews, and release validation
- Analyze defects and collaborate on root cause analysis
- Support CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of experience as an SDET / QA Automation Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Python and/or C# (.NET / .NET Core)
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (PyTest, Behave, xUnit, SpecFlow)
- Understanding of REST APIs and microservice architectures
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Solid testing fundamentals and Agile mindset
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange
- UI automation or performance testing experience
- Familiarity with cloud and distributed systems
