We are seeking an Senior Partnership Manager - International Doctors (all genders) based in Berlin, Germany.

Your mission with us:
The Senior Partnership Manager – International Doctors plays a crucial role in building, nurturing, and optimizing relationships with strategic networks, international recruitment contacts, political institutions and transformational organizations in the area of international doctors. 

This role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder engagement, and analytical expertise to manage the international doctors landscape effectively. The Senior Partnership Manager ensures high-quality referrals that align partnerships with the company’s overall goals as well as establishes Lingoda as a trustworthy and reliable partner in the area of international doctors


Your tasks:

Relationship Building and Nurturing:
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key German Institutions (e.g., Ärztekammer, IQ network, Krankenhausgesellschaften).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for doctor related organizations, fostering collaboration and addressing their needs proactively.
  • Nurture partnerships by providing timely support and solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build trust-based relationships with transformational partners to increase awareness of Lingoda brand, engagement and motivation to deliver high-quality learners.
  • Cooperation with authorities, embassies and ministries.

Strategic Oversight and Network Management:
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for managing the partnership network, ensuring an effective focus on priority partners.
  • Implement frameworks for categorizing and segmenting network players to optimize resource allocation and impact.
  • Identify and onboard new partners that align with business goals, while maintaining strong partnerships with high-performing ones.
  • Continuously refine strategies to adapt to changes in the market or company priorities.

Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
  • Analyze partner performance data and provide actionable insights to improve collaboration and outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and analytics, to ensure alignment between agency activities and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop initiatives that enhance synergies within the health vertical.

Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify challenges within the network and develop innovative solutions.
  • Lead discussions and initiatives to resolve bottlenecks and streamline processes.
  • Address complex situations diplomatically, ensuring sustainable relationships and positive outcomes.

Expertise in the International Doctors Landscape:
  • Stay updated on trends, regulations, and best practices in international recruiting and the broader education industry.
  • Use market knowledge to identify opportunities for new collaborations or enhancements to current partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, showcasing expertise and strengthening partnerships.
  • Organize and run events with partners.

You bring to Lingoda

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Relationship Management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in partnership or stakeholder management, preferably in international recruiting/health or the education sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in developing performance monitoring tools and leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute effective strategies to manage diverse stakeholder networks.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. Understanding of the CRM system Hubspot is a plus
  • Results Orientation: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Innovative and creative approach to addressing challenges and enhancing collaboration.
  • Demonstrates the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders towards common goals.
