As a D365 Engineer at Carma, you’ll be joining our vibrant Sydney tech team. You’ll help keep our Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications running smoothly, support the team, and build custom solutions that make life easier for everyone at Carma. It’s a mix of hands-on engineering, problem-solving, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver systems that actually work for the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Jump in to support and maintain Dynamics 365 across different modules
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve errors, and optimise performance with a customer-first mindset
- Help set up new users and get them confident on the platform
- Manage support tickets and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates
- Work with business users to understand their needs and turn them into technical solutions
- Get involved in team rituals like stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives with ideas and energy
- Contribute to peer code reviews, share knowledge, and offer constructive feedback
- Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 applications including Field Service and Business Central
- Build workflows, business rules, plugins, web resources, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
- Support deployment, testing, go-lives, and ongoing system performance improvements
- Document technical processes clearly so the whole team can benefit
Okay, let's talk about you:
- You’ve got at least 2 years’ experience building and supporting business applications at scale
- You know JavaScript, C#, Python, or are confident picking up new languages fast
- Experience in Dynamics 365 or a strong desire to dive into it
- You take pride in doing things properly and enjoy automating tasks where possible
- You’re a clear communicator who can explain technical things to non-technical people without rolling your eyes
- You’re organised, can juggle multiple projects, and have a keen eye for detail
- Agile ceremonies don’t scare you, and you enjoy working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
- You take feedback, give feedback, and genuinely enjoy learning and improving
