Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assist shoppers with product selection
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure correct date checking (FIFO)
- Handle transactions accurately using tills and payment systems
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or quality issues
- Ensure displays are attractive, well-organised, and fully stocked
- Comply with company policies, health & safety, and food safety regulation
- Deal with customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Support team members and contribute to smooth daily store operations
