As our Visual & Quality Assistant, you’ll be hands-on capturing 360° exterior and interior shots of our cars, close-ups of features and imperfections, and making sure every car looks perfect for our customers. You’ll also support the wider Production Team to keep everything running smoothly

What you'll be doing:
- Bring cars to life in our photo booth – 360° exterior and interior shots, feature photos, and imperfections. (No photography skills needed – just a love for cars!)
- QC every car – spot every detail, make sure nothing is missed, and keep every vehicle looking perfect.
- Partner with the Detailing Team – make sure every car is spotless before it hits the photo booth
- Hit daily targets – help the team smash goals and keep the production line moving smoothly.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- No prior experience required – automotive experience is a bonus, but a passion for cars matters most.
- Hold a valid NSW driver’s licence – able to drive manual or automatic.
- Punctual and reliable – the team can count on you every day.
- Outstanding attention to detail – nothing slips past you and every car meets Carma standards.
- Full-time availability – Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, onsite in St Peters.
