Role Overview
Now we're looking for an energetic and proactive Senior Game Designer with experience creating game features, who will support and develop the growth of the Clockmaker project.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the mechanics and game content development in accordance with the general concept of the game
- Being responsible for results
- Development and improvement of the project's metagame based on statistics gathered and analysis thereof
- Developing and improving the in-game economy and monetization
- Calculating balance sheet and analyzing game statistics
- Creating and controlling the GDD
- Close interaction with the project team
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience as a game designer for 3+ years
- Experience working on match-3 projects or games for casual players
- Good understanding of the game market in the casual games
- Portfolio of launched projects and experience working on them as a game designer
- Ability to work with analytical systems, understanding of product metrics, and ability to draw conclusions based on data received
- Experience creating and maintaining game documentation: concept documents, game design documents
- Ability to clearly set goals and focus on results of work
- Proactive and energetic
- Knowledge of English at an intermediate level and above
