About the Role
As Sustainability Officer, you’ll:
- Lead the implementation of our Sustainability and Community strategy.
- Drive cultural change across the organisation, embedding sustainability in everything we do.
- Maintain robust ESG data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the community to promote environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic sustainability.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to help the business achieve its ESG objectives.
What we’re looking for
- A degree in relevant subject such as Environmental Studies, Environmental Sustainability, Sustainable Business (or equivalent).
- Ability to coordinate, collate and interpret ESG data providing insight and recommendations to drive business improvements
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for sustainability and community impact.
