Role Overview
We are seeking an organised, proactive, detail‑driven Project Administrator to be based on-site in Corfu, to support the successful delivery of a complex construction projects.
This is a role within a dynamic, fast‑paced construction environment, suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, staying one step ahead, and enabling the wider team to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and senior team members.
- Assist with contract administration support
- Help maintain compliance records, including H&S documentation, inductions, permits, and project‑specific requirements.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, meeting logistics, and general site administration.
- Maintain internal systems, trackers, and data for accurate reporting.
- Support the broader project team when additional administrative or coordination tasks arise.
- Support invoice processing, expense collation, procurement logs, and financial administration where needed.
- Assist with scheduling site access, visits, inspections, and coordination activities.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
- Excellent document control (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, registers)
- High attention to detail and follow-up
- Confident communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to support PMs and senior staff, anticipate needs and unblock issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint / common data environments)
- Willingness to be site-based in Corfu and work closely with contractors and consultants
Desirable
- Previous experience on hotel, refurbishment or multi-contractor projects
- Familiarity with RFI / submittal / change control processes
- Experience supporting Owner’s Rep / PM consultancy teams
