Ebiquity is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team for a 6 months fixed term contract.
The HR Business Partner UK & Ireland will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative People Leadership Team. This role works alongside global centres of excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and People Operations) and spearheads the regional People Leads on strategic and tactical people topics.

The purpose of the role is to support leaders and employees on all people-related matters and processes in the 225-person region of UK and Ireland and for our Group functions and to drive a wide range of projects globally from a people perspective

Key Responsibilities
Strategic People Partnership
· Shape and deliver a regional People strategy aligned to business priorities, supporting revenue growth and operating margin optimisation across the UK & Ireland.
· Act as a trusted People Business Partner to senior leaders and management, serving as a “performance consultant” to identify people-related risks, opportunities and solutions embedded within the regional business strategy.
· Partner with leaders and management on organisational design, workforce planning and change management initiatives.
· Coach and advise managers on a wide range of people matters, including employee relations, performance management local employment law considerations.
· Analyse people data and HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to inform leadership decision-making.
End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management
· Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of core HR services across the full employee lifecycle for the c.225-strong UK & Ireland employee population, including:
o Compensation and benefits
o Employee relations and case management
o Onboarding and offboarding
o Internal communications and policy implementation
· Maintain compliance with local employment legislation and market practices, ensuring consistent and fair application across the region.
Engagement, Retention & Culture
· Drive employee engagement initiatives to minimise regrettable attrition and strengthen retention of business-critical talent.
· Partner closely with regional leaders to ensure strong alignment between people priorities and the wider business strategy.
· Support enterprise-wide engagement and pulse surveys, leading regional analysis and launching targeted local actions to address trends and employee feedback.
Global Collaboration & Projects
· Proactively contribute to global People projects and initiatives, ensuring effective regional implementation and adoption.
· Collaborate closely with:
o Global Talent Development and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure regional learning and recruitment needs are met.
o Global People Operations to operationalise the global service delivery model and ensure HR processes and practices meet the needs of UK & Ireland employees while remaining aligned globally.
o People Business Partners across Continental Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific to align on strategy, share best practices, and lead global initiatives where required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Successful career growth to include generalist HR (business partnering) experience and/or human capital consulting experience
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Very good stakeholder management and relationship building, ideally previous Consulting experience
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for process improvements and new ways of working
- Ability to operate under and implement current employment laws and market practices in the UK and Ireland
- Experience working in a global organization, across a wide range of time zones and cultures with a global mindset and local expertise
- Ability to be onsite in our London office (ideally min. 1 x per week)
- Knowledge and curiosity about the future of work, the development of high-performing teams, leading through change and transformation, talent innovations and HR technology
- B2B sector experience in professional/business services or technology
