We have a great opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in the Heathrow office. This is a great opportunity to support the tactical delivery of the service line marketing plans as well as involvement in all elements of marketing admin for the team.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a bright and enthusiast marketing assistant to join our fabulous team. The role is a great first step for anyone looking to get into professional services marketing. you will be involved in all elements of the marketing mix from events, internal/external communication to brand and design.
· Filming & video editing
· External/internal Communications via HubSpot and Signage Now
· Webinar promotion & delivery
· Face-to-face event management
· Promotional merchandise management
· Team administration
· Photoshoots
· Survey response management
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- At least 5 GCSEs at Grade 5 or above, including Maths and English
- A-Levels (or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
Skills & Knowledge
- Friendly and confident when working with people
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well organised with the ability to manage tasks effectively
- Enjoys working as part of a busy, supportive team
Key Attributes
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Comfortable building relationships and working with different people
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to help
Experience
- Previous marketing experience or a relevant qualification would be helpful, but full training will be provided, so this is not essential
Travel & Flexibility
- Happy to occasionally visit other offices and support events outside normal office hours when required
