Salary Range: $17-$20 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner
- Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard
- Assist with building and common area maintenance
- Participate in Preventative Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 1 year of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)
- Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards
- Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
- Prior knowledge of various building codes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
