What we are looking for:
✅ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
✅ A minimum 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children
✅ Excellent understanding of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
✅ A compassionate, resilient leader who thrives on making a difference
Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices.
