Salary Range: $17-$17.50 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)
Key Role Responsibilities
- Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard
- Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal
- Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services i.e. snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance and pool operations
- Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move in’s
- Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with all residents and fellow team members
Our Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environment
- Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment
- Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor
- Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
