We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our Marketing Creative team. In this role, you will produce engaging video content for our games, collaborating with the team to refine creatives and brainstorm high-performing ideas. You will combine traditional motion graphics expertise with emerging AI tools to create impactful marketing creatives.

- Create high-quality creative videos for our games, primarily using After Effects.
- Participate in creative reviews to improve video quality based on team feedback and performance data.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new concepts, analyse the competitive market, and find ways to improve creative performance.
- Utilise AI video tools to enhance the production process and explore new creative directions.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 2 years of experience within the gaming industry.
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Blender, Adobe Illustrator, or other 3D software is a plus.
- Ability to work across various AI tools (Kling, Nano Banana, Veo, Seedance, Minimax Hailuo and etc.).
- Strong understanding of composition, rhythm, and timing in video advertising.
