We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Entry-Level Grounds Maintenance Worker (Seasonal) position, joining our Nottingham, PA team starting in the month of April and going through October!
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
HOURS: 7:00am-3:30pm
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for performing year round landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks as well as performing routine maintenance of all landscaping/grounds equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Grounds Maintenance and Upkeep
- Operate vehicles and powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters and pruning saws.
- Mow & edge lawns; mulch, aerate, trim and edge flowerbeds, walks and walls.
- Weed flower beds, landscaping and common areas.
- Prune and/or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners or chain saws.
- Gather and remove litter and outdoor trash receptacles.
- Mix and spray or spread fertilizer, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
- Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters and other ground areas.
- Oversees fall leaf clean up, including stick removal, leaf clean up and raking.
- Sweep and clean around compactors, dumpsters and docks as needed
Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep
- Maintain and/or repair tools, equipment, or structures, such as buildings, fences or benches, using hand or power tools.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in oversight in pump house when needed
- Run errands when needed for parts
