As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Carma, you’ll be joining our People Experience team based at our St Peters site in Sydney! You’ll play a hands-on role in scaling our automotive production teams, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering a candidate experience that feels genuinely human. This is a fast paced, high impact role where no two days look the same, and where your ideas to improve how we hire are always welcome.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own end to end recruitment across our automotive production teams
  • Partner with hiring managers on job briefs and turn them into engaging job ads
  • Source, attract and engage candidates across multiple channels
  • Screen CVs, run phone screens, and coordinate assessments and testing
  • Support assessment centres and group interviews
  • Keep Pinpoint our ATS, clean, accurate and running smoothly
  • Deliver a standout candidate experience that reflects Carma’s culture and values
  • Share market insights and hiring trends to support better decision making
  • Look for new ways to improve candidate experience, assessment, talent pooling and reporting
  • Be a true team player, follow up, close loops, and take ownership of every interaction

Okay, let's talk about you:

  • You’ve worked in an end to end recruitment role, ideally hiring frontline or blue collar teams
  • You’re comfortable managing high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment
  • You’re organised, detail oriented, and great at juggling competing priorities
  • You’re happy working with ambiguity and creating structure where it’s needed
  • You’ve used an ATS and recruitment platforms and enjoy keeping systems tidy
  • You’re people first, values led, and genuinely enjoy creating great candidate experiences
  • You bring energy, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to everything you do
