We are looking for a Senior Luxury Experience Executive to join our Trackside Guest Experience team at Silverstone. This is a rare opportunity to shape and deliver world-class, unforgettable trackside experiences for our partners and VIP guests across the global Formula One™ calendar.
This role plays a pivotal part in elevating our Paddock Club and guest experience programmes, blending luxury hospitality, fine dining, and immersive activations to create exceptional moments that reflect the prestige of the Aston Martin brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of exceptional, luxury trackside hospitality experiences across international Formula One™ Grand Prix events
- Design and enhance the end-to-end VIP guest journey, ensuring seamless personalisation at every touchpoint
- Establish and maintain consistent luxury service standards aligned with global best-in-class hospitality benchmarks
- Partner with catering teams to curate seasonal, location-specific fine dining experiences, maintaining Michelin-level expectations
- Identify and implement innovative experiential concepts, including pop-ups and bespoke activations tailored to each race market
- Manage and optimise hospitality budgets, ensuring premium delivery while maintaining cost efficiency
- Build and nurture relationships with high-profile guests, sponsors, and stakeholders, delivering exceptional hosting during race weekends
- Oversee supplier sourcing, negotiation, and performance, ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards
- Analyse guest feedback and performance data to continuously refine and elevate the experience offering
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, event management, or premium guest experience delivery
- Strong knowledge of fine dining, food & beverage service, and high-end hospitality environments
- A calm, confident professional with the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, live event settings
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and VVIP guests
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and financial reporting
- A flexible approach, with willingness to travel internationally and work weekends/race schedules
- A commitment to excellence, discretion, and professionalism, with strong awareness of Health & Safety standards.
