We’re searching for an exceptional BMW Business Manager — someone confident, influential, positive, and passionate about delivering a premium customer experience.

Whether you are already established within Finance & Insurance or a top-achieving Sales Executive ready to take the next step, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing BMW team at Vines of Redhill.

You’ll work closely with a diverse and talented group of Sales Executives, our Used Car Manager, General Sales Manager, existing Business Manager, and our Used Car Sales Support — contributing directly to the success of the dealership.

Hours: 5 days across a Monday - Saturday - 8:30am to 6pm.
Salary: £41,600 & £62,000 OTE plus company demonstrator vehicle

What You’ll Be Doing

Front & Centre on the Sales Floor
  • Actively support and guide the sales team throughout the customer journey
  • 2nd face customers to enhance confidence and close rates
  • Stack deals to optimise profitability and ensure strong financial outcomes
  • Oversee enquiry management, ensuring every opportunity is maximised
  • Coach, mentor and develop Sales Executives to elevate capability and performance

Finance & Insurance Leadership

  • Maximise the sale of BMW FS finance and insurance products
  • Ensure compliance with BMW FS, FCA and Vines Group standards
  • Provide transparent, accurate information to customers about F&I products
  • Use finance products to support vehicle sales and improve margins
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and complete all mandatory BMW FS training
  • Escalate insurance-related concerns appropriately

Performance, Profitability & Compliance

  • Work closely with the GSM and sales leaders to achieve profit and performance targets
  • Drive consistent use of structured processes and added-value techniques
  • Ensure all Sales Executives understand and confidently present F&I products
  • Oversee compliant execution of all finance and insurance activities
  • Manage cancellations, settlements and areas that may impact profitability
  • Ensure documentation and communication are clear, accurate and consistent
  • Maintain high standards of organisation and showroom professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a successful Sales Executive OR proven background as a business manager 
  • Strong understanding of F&I, deal structure, compliance, and legislation
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and build strong customer relationships
  • Experience mentoring, supporting and developing others
  • Proactive, confident and effective on the sales floor
