Job Overview

Nüvitek is seeking a Growth Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Growth organization. This individual will ensure our CRM, pipeline, and growth initiatives operate with discipline, visibility, and accountability.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will translate growth leadership priorities into structured plans, ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity, drive task accountability across the growth team, and support executive decision-making through data and process.

The Growth Operations Manager will work closely with the growth and capture teams to keep growth efforts aligned, organized, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Own and maintain CRM integrity
  • Ensure all opportunities are properly staged, updated, and documented
  • Audit pipeline data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Generate weekly and monthly pipeline and growth reports
  • Maintain opportunity hygiene, notes, contacts, and activity tracking
  • Drive CRM adoption and best practices across the growth team
Growth Process & Execution
  • Operationalize growth leadership directives into actionable task plans
  • Assign, track, and enforce deadlines across growth stakeholders
  • Lead internal pipeline review cadence and prep materials
  • Maintain growth calendars, milestones, and key deadlines
  • Establish and improve repeatable growth workflows and processes
Reporting & Metrics
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (pipeline value, stage velocity, growth trends)
  • Provide executive-ready summaries for leadership reviews
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in growth operations
  • Support forecasting and revenue visibility efforts
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate growth initiatives across business functions as needed
  • Ensure structured documentation and visibility of key growth activities
  • Improve internal communication and workflow efficiency
  • Support leadership alignment through clear tracking and follow-through

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing CRM systems
  • Strong project management and deadline-driven mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Advanced Excel and dashboarding capabilities
  • Clear, concise executive communication skills
