What do we expect from a Business Developer for Customer Experience?
Strong business development or consultative sales experience;
Ability to explain complex CRO, lifecycle, UX, and retention services in business terms with clear value and next steps;
Structured and persistent mindset – you do not drop threads and keep pipeline movement tight;
Experience creating executive-ready slide decks and proposals;
Commercial and outcome-driven personality;
Motivation to earn through commission with uncapped upside;
Interest in the art of sales – understanding emotional connection and soft skills;

What are the responsibilities of a Business Developer for Customer Experience?
You will own sales for Customer Experience and Lifecycle services within the Digital Experience team, working with both new business and existing Tier-1 eCommerce accounts (100 million-dollar + revenue).
Lead proposals end-to-end: discovery, storyline, slide deck creation, scope framing, internal alignment, follow-up, and closing;
Sell CRO and email marketing retainers, lifecycle programs, UX proposals, and loyalty initiatives;
Upsell to existing clients by spotting opportunities and shaping plans with internal experts;
Run intro pitches and proposal presentations to senior stakeholders;
Handle inbound requests (contact forms and referrals) quickly and professionally;
Maintain structured CRM and pipeline movement with clear deadlines and follow-ups;
Ensure clean handover to delivery teams after signature;
Collaborate closely with CRO, UX, and Lifecycle experts to craft high-impact proposals.
