Key Responsibilities
· Support the Senior FBP with budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and month‑end reporting for assigned business areas.
· Prepare analysis of trading and operational performance, including revenue streams, costs, and variances.
· Produce month‑end commentary and highlight key trends for review by the wider finance leadership.
· Assist in developing and maintaining KPIs and performance dashboards, covering areas such as sales pipelines, retention, customer metrics, productivity, upsell/cross‑sell performance.
· Work closely with operational teams to provide actionable insights and help drive improvements in commercial performance.
· Support preparation of financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
· Support the Senior FBP in delivering performance updates to leadership teams.
· Collaborate with teams across the business, embedding within commercial and operational functions to build strong finance‑business relationships.
· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all analysis and outputs.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
· Commercially curious with a strong desire to understand products, services, and business drivers.
· Proactive problem‑solver who brings analytical thinking, attention to detail, and practical solutions.
· Confident communicator capable of building rapport and working with a range of stakeholders.
· Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment and follow tasks through to completion.
· Develops effective working relationships and knows when to escalate or involve senior stakeholders.
· Comfortable working within the business and supporting teams day‑to‑day.
· Strong Excel and data‑handling skills; able to translate discussions into financial outputs.
Experience & Qualifications
· ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with PQE in commercial finance/FP&A.
· Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for assigned areas.
· Demonstrated collaboration with operational or commercial teams.
· Exposure to subscription, SaaS, or recurring‑revenue business models is beneficial.
· Experience preparing financial analysis and supporting commercial decision‑making.
