Tripledot Studios is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to support and execute organic growth initiatives across our mobile game portfolio. This role focuses on App Store Optimization (ASO), SEO, and social media operations to improve discoverability, conversion, and engagement.
We are open to candidates without prior gaming industry experience. What matters most is strong analytical thinking, good design taste, collaborative skills, and a growth mindset. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys execution, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute ASO initiatives, including keyword research, A/B tests, metadata updates, event creations, creative testing, and localization support
- Monitor and analyze app store performance metrics (rankings, impressions, CTR, CVR, installs).
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Work closely with Product, Creative, Data, and UA teams to implement optimizations.
- Assist in managing and growing social media channels to increase engagement and visibility.
- Support SEO and content initiatives to improve organic discoverability.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Familiar with organic growth levers (ASO, SEO, social media, or digital marketing fundamentals)
- Analytical and comfortable working with performance metrics and data.
- Good design taste with the ability to evaluate visual and creative assets.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Growth mindset: curious, proactive, and eager to learn through experimentation.
