As we continue to scale, we’re investing in our group marketing capability and are now looking for a Digital Campaign Executive to help deliver insight-driven, multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness and support growth across our member companies.

The role

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll plan, execute and report on digital marketing campaigns across the group. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and external agencies, you’ll help translate commercial objectives into engaging digital campaigns with clear, measurable outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning, managing and executing lead-generation campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media and PPC
  • Creating engaging campaign assets using Canva (with the opportunity to use InDesign where appropriate)
  • Writing clear, compelling content for digital campaigns, landing pages and social posts
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance, providing insight and recommendations for optimisation
  • Supporting consistent brand messaging and digital standards across Celnor Group’s platforms
  • Working closely with Celnor’s member companies to understand their services and tailor campaigns accordingly
  • Liaising with external agencies to support campaign delivery and performance
  • Occasional travel to events or member company sites where required

What you’ll bring

Practical hands-on experience in a digital marketing role (industry background flexible)
Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital campaigns, ideally with a lead-generation focus

Strong working knowledge of:
  • Mailchimp
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads
  • MS Office
  • Canva (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence adapting tone across audiences and brands
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Excellent organisation skills; experience with Monday.com is a bonu
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and external partners
  • A proactive, adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced, evolving environment
