About the role:
The role holder will be responsible for inspecting installed hardware, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting functional tests under the guidance of Quality Assurance Engineers. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, with a strong willingness to learn new tools, processes, and quality assurance methodologies.

What you would be expected to do:
- Perform incoming quality inspections and calibration on Clean Cooking Hardware Products.
- Participate in troubleshooting and accurately logging issues on field returned hardware.
- Participate in the hardware repair, maintenance, and refurbishment processes.
- Assist the team in preparing and boxing hardware for release to operations.
- Visit customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections of installed hardware.
You would be a strong candidate if you:
- Are a quick learner.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Are able to work cross-functionally.
- Have excellent written and oral communication in Swahili and English.
- Possess secondary school education or specialized technical training relevant to the role.
- Are experienced with Microsoft or Google Office tools.
- Have experience with Internet-of-Things (IoT) products in any capacity.
- Comprehend troubleshooting and/ or repairing cooking appliances
