Key duties include managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, and preparing financial statements. - Record daily financial transactions (invoices, payroll, and reimbursements).
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in accounting software.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the finance department.
- Ensure that all necessary legal documents are prepared, reviewed, and executed
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and management.
