Material Buyer

Key Responsibilities

• Planning the arrival time and purchasing of materials required for production.
• Planning the logistics organization of products and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
• Preparing orders by controlling stock levels according to inventory and work orders.
• Performing the necessary follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of shipped orders.
• Enabling system updates and report entries.
• Participating in and supporting globally requested and monitored projects.
• Managing the logistics aspects of domestic and international purchasing processes.
• Monitoring and determining payment periods according to requests from finance and accounting.
• Attending trade fairs and customer visits when necessary.
