DeepSeas is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Full Lifecycle) to own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions, including technical, go-to-market, and corporate roles. DeepSeas is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Full Lifecycle) to own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions, including technical, go-to-market, and corporate roles. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a startup environment, partners closely with hiring managers, and can balance speed with quality while building scalable hiring processes.
You will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting lifecycle—from intake through offer acceptance—while continuously improving candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and recruiting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities
- Develop tailored recruiting strategies for each role based on market conditions and business needs
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for talent quality
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound methods
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on hiring strategy, market insights, compensation, and interview best practices
- Lead offer process including compensation alignment, approvals, presentation, and negotiation
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity, reporting, and compliance
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5–8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or technology environment
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., engineering, product, sales, customer success, G&A)
- Experience working in an early- to mid-stage startup
- Experience recruiting in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical domains
- Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success filling hard-to-hire roles
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in ambiguity
