SKIMS is seeking a Product Manager, B2B Wholesale & Franchise Systems to own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of the systems that power our global wholesale and franchise revenue channels.

This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Finance, and Technology, driving feature development and system enhancements that streamline operational workflows, reduce friction, and accelerate speed-to-revenue. You will be partnering with Wholesale and Franchise Operations teams while owning the B2B configurations and flows across Netsuite ERP , integrations to downstream systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with operational expertise, understands B2B order-to-cash complexity, and is motivated by building scalable platforms that enable global growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for B2B wholesale and franchise systems
  • Align initiatives to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and scalability goals
  • Prioritize enhancements that improve automation, usability, and system reliability
  • Balance near-term operational needs with long-term architectural scalability
Wholesale & Franchise Operations Enablement
  • Partner closely with Wholesale and Franchise Operations to streamline order-to-cash workflows
  • Lead feature development across:
    • Order management and modifications 
    • Allocations and inventory visibility 
    • Fulfillment and shipment workflows 
    • Invoicing and post-order processes
  • Support franchise-specific requirements including regional rules, pricing models, compliance, and reporting
  • Enable scalable onboarding of new wholesale accounts and franchise markets
B2B Order Management & KPI Ownership
  • Own system-level performance metrics for B2B order management
  • Drive measurable improvements in:
    • Order cycle time 
    • Invoice accuracy and timeliness 
    • Allocation precision 
    • Exception and rework rates 
    • Automation adoption
  • Use data, user feedback, and operational reporting to continuously optimize workflows
Systems & Integrations
  • Partner with ERP development (NetSuite) and Ops teams to enhance wholesale and franchise modules
  • Ensure data integrity across ERP, EDI, WMS, and downstream systems
  • Maintain strong understanding of system-driven EDI order flows (850, 855, 856, 810), partnering with the dedicated EDI Operations team for execution and compliance
  • Advocate for automation-first, scalable solutions that reduce manual operational effort
Execution & Cross-Functional Delivery
  • Author clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead UAT and operational readiness for system releases
  • Coordinate cross-functional rollout planning to minimize business disruption
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within wholesale, supply chain, or enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of B2B wholesale and order-to-cash workflows
  • Experience supporting high-volume operational teams
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of system-driven EDI processes (transaction flow understanding, not operational ownership)
  • Proven ability to deliver features that improve operational KPIs and scalability
Preferred
  • Experience supporting franchise business models
  • Apparel, fashion, or consumer goods industry experience
  • Experience operating in multi-region or global environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive prioritization
