Key Responsibilities
· Conduct all major repairs of the building.
· Conduct repairs of equipment.
· Responsible for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and HVAC repairs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience.
· Ability to work within a long term care nursing facility.
