The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the design, development, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and Service Operations Management (SOM). This role will lead custom application development, complex integrations, and AI-enabled automation initiatives within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate brings deep platform expertise, strong architectural awareness, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned to business objectives.
This is a hybrid role (in-office Tuesday and Thursday). Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and SOM modules
- Build and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
- Develop complex integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub
- Implement Tennon solutions and ensure optimal performance and configuration
- Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, etc.) to improve automation and user experience
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable JavaScript-based solutions
- Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide advanced technical support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support platform upgrades and ensure governance and security compliance
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, and SOM modules
- Experience with custom applications, scoped apps, and App Engine
- Proven experience building integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, middleware)
- Experience implementing Tennon solutions preferred
- Experience leveraging AI features within ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred
