Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Working as a business analyst, acting as the bridge between the client’s vision and the development team’s execution.
- Requirements gathering and analysis.
- Manual testing.
- Java development.
- Working at all layers of the architecture, to include web UI, business logic, and database layer.
- JavaScript UI framework such as ExtJS or AngularJS.
- Using relational database tools, such as Oracle or MySQL.
- Using AWS, to include SWF, Data Pipeline, RDS, CloudWatch, EC2, EBS, or S3.
- Working in an Agile environment.
- Incorporating DevOps practices, such as sprint planning, continuous integration, and testing.
- Incorporating user acceptance testing, as needed.
- Deployment and delivery of MVIs.
- Data analysis.
- Providing visualizations and reporting in tools such as Tableau.
- Managing and supporting AWS services, to include EC2, KMS, and patching.
- Linux-based administration.
- Data ETL or Perl Scripting.
- Apache HTTPD, Linux shell, or PowerShell scripting.
- DevOps tools, to include GitHub, Subversion, Jenkins, CruiseControl, Maven, Artifactory, or Confluence.
Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
- AWS and other security tools.
- Basic project management principles.
- Integrating with various customer applications using web services.
