Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented team member with strong communication and organizational skills to join our Property Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making phone calls to Municipalities and HOAs, reviewing and interpreting violation and municipal documents, and maintaining accurate records within our system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Municipalities and HOAs to obtain or clarify information.
  • Read and interpret violation notices, municipal documents, and governing documents.
  • Update and maintain HOA governing documents and related information in the system.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on open items or pending actions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with both internal and external partners.
  • Register several properties- Municipal (Rental Registration, Business Tax Receipt, Landlord Registration etc. )
  • Use critical thinking to navigate situations that may not follow a standard process.
  • Work independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Utilize technology and software tools efficiently to manage workflows and documentation.
