Job Overview

Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representatives to manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries. The role involves organizing communications, routing concerns to the appropriate team, and ensuring timely and accurate responses. The customer service representative will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming emails within the Fresh Service platform.
  • Organize, categorize, and accurately route emails to the appropriate associate or department.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Rectify or resolve issues within scope before escalation when applicable.
  • Ensure all tickets are properly documented, updated, and closed in the system.
  • Maintain and meet established response time and dispatch KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders through Microsoft Teams to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Perform additional customer service-related tasks as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 6 months BPO of experience
  • Experience in customer service, email support, or shared services environment is preferred.
  • Experience using ticketing systems (Fresh Service or similar platforms) is an advantage. 
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
