Job Overview

Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for Technical Support Representatives to handle incoming customer calls, diagnose technical issues, and guide customers through troubleshooting steps. The role involves providing clear solutions, explaining technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer calls regarding technical issues with products or services.
  • Diagnosing technical problems by asking probing questions, utilizing internal knowledge bases, and guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Providing solutions to customer issues, including explaining technical concepts clearly and understandably.
  • Building rapport with customers, actively listening to their concerns, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout the call.
  • Providing clear explanations, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, and ensuring customer concerns are addressed effectively.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills
  • Computer literate, in encoding, and word-processing
  •  Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
