We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd’s, Europe and North America.
We are seeking a Finance M&A Integration Associate to play a key role within the finance workstream across a diverse range of acquisition transactions.
Reporting to the Head of Finance M&A Integration, you will play a central role in delivering the end-to-end finance deals process — from post-signing planning and opening day financials through to full integration into BAU. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to multiple transaction types within a dynamic insurance environment

Responsibilities
• Contribute to finance integration planning and monitor delivery against key milestones
• Prepare and validate opening balance sheet reconciliations and financial data mapping
• Coordinate and support the integration of acquisition data into Group systems and reporting
• Assist with interim reporting of new transactions and support transition into BAU
• Identify and drive process improvement, automation and financial data enhancement initiatives

Candidate requirements
• Right to work in this location
• Coming from an insurance background, ideally with some experience as a technical insurance accountant
• ACA/ACCA qualified or near-qualified
• Strong understanding of IFRS/UK GAAP
• Analytical, structured and confident working with large data sets
• Able to operate independently while collaborating across finance, actuarial and data teams
• Contributing positively to our culture and values.
