About the role
- Support the customer by phone and/or email during the pre-commercial registration phase, as well as later for other obligations for already registered customers (market entry declarations, marketing of new products)
- Reporting activities (reporting to the coordination center and data consolidation for the Group)
- Support the updating of data in commercial contracts (prices, time references, regulatory updates, internal policies)
