Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives who will handle customer service requests, appointment bookings, and coordinating appointment booking changes for service dispatch with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one-call resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to priority service appointment requests and coordinate with capacity planners for scheduling.
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and customer portals.
- Resolve scheduling and service-related issues, including rescheduling and cancellations
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in company systems.
- Communicate service call status and technician ETAs to customers.
- Process payments in compliance with CPI regulations.
- Accurately document interactions using call monitoring software.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service Coordinators, and Dispatch to optimize scheduling efficiency and response times.
- Create and process invoices and maintain service-related reporting.
- Maintain current knowledge of all products, services, and promotions.
- Provide dispatch support and perform other assigned duties as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
- Proficiency with customer service, billing, and payment systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve customer issues professionally.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy.
