About the role
About the Role – Omnichannel Logistics Analyst (Re-use Loop)
📍 Bucharest | Hybrid
We are looking for an Omnichannel Logistics Analyst to join ReBound, part of Reconomy’s Re-use Loop.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our European transport operations, managing retail collections and final-mile deliveries across multiple countries. You will work closely with the Transport Operations Manager and Senior Logistics Analysts to ensure smooth daily execution, strong supplier performance, and continuous operational improvement.

What we need from you
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and manage the performance of our European logistics network
- Ensure on-time collections and final-mile deliveries within SLA
- Prepare daily operational planning, including peak-season planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers and clients
- Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Take ownership of incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Proactively mitigate risks and prevent service disruptions
- Participate in cross-functional operational and improvement projects
- Use data insights to optimize performance and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in international transport or logistics
- Strong knowledge of road transportation (customs knowledge is a plus)
- Experience working with European multi-country transport operations
- Proven ability to build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and solutions
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience with incident-tracking or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
- Business-level English (written and spoken)
