About the role
- You will play a central role in order management for our leading take-back systems for used batteries, electrical appliances, and packaging – especially in the REBAT and REPACK projects.
- Your day-to-day tasks include the receipt, entry, registration, and reporting of customer orders, all performed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You will use Microsoft Dynamics Navision to create and review invoices and credit notes, ensuring a smooth and efficient processing of transactions.
- Through your telephone-based support for customers and service providers, you will strengthen partnerships, build trust, and provide efficient solutions to emerging challenges.
- You actively contribute your ideas, challenge existing processes, and help shape the future of your area of responsibility with your commitment and initiative.
What we need from you
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and are ready for your next challenge, where you can take on more responsibility and grow professionally.
- Ideally, you already have experience in operational business processes and a solid understanding of order processing workflows.
- With your hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and team spirit, you remain reliable and solution-oriented, even in demanding situations.
- You work independently, take ownership, and are highly dependable when it comes to meeting deadlines – a key factor for the quality and reliability of our processes.
- Your work is characterized by a structured and detail-oriented approach, making you a reliable team player.
- You are proficient in MS Office and able to quickly adapt to new IT systems.
