Operating on Eastern Time with high demand, they schedule sessions in advance and emphasize warm parent communication and precise documentation.

Why does this role exist?
This role exists to meet growing demand for child-focused virtual training delivered with charisma, clarity, and care. The objective is to guide children through prepared, step-by-step lesson plans while keeping them engaged on camera, coordinating with parents, and documenting progress with rigor. • Test Zoom setup (camera framing, lighting, audio, background) and take 1–2 minutes for personal grounding.

Parent Coordination and Communication

  • Note how parent presence/absence affects focus and include this in documentation.
  • Send warm, concise follow-ups to parents via the platform after each session.

Live Instruction and Child Engagement
  • Deliver the provided MindSee-style lesson plans in sequence and on time.
  • Use expressive voice, gestures, and playfulness to engage; pace/adjust based on energy and focus.
  • Apply specific, descriptive reinforcement (“I noticed how calm you stayed…”) and keep camera centered for observation.

Observation, Documentation, and Follow-Up
  • Capture detailed notes in TutorCruncher after each session (exercises completed, focus/mood, challenges, successes, adjustments, next steps).
  • Upload/link video snippets highlighting breakthroughs or consistency when applicable.
  • Share short, optional home-practice reminders and gratitude in parent summaries.

Professionalism and Team Collaboration
  • Start and end sessions on time; maintain a clean, quiet, child-safe environment.
  • Model emotional regulation; report concerns to the lead coordinator promptly.
  • Review weekly notes for trends and participate in end-of-week team reviews.
