Are you a university student studying towards Corporate Governance and Law? looking for a valuable 12-month placement starting in summer 2026? Our Solent office is actively seeking a motivated individual to join our team!

About the Placement Programme

This 12-month University Placement offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in Company Secretarial work. You’ll collaborate with our Accountancy, Tax, and Consultancy Teams across our offices.


You’ll assist our Company Secretarial team in supporting over 2,500 companies, covering tasks such as:

  • Incorporating companies
  •  Preparing statutory forms
  •  Maintaining statutory books

This role is ideal for individuals seeking practical experience in a professional and dynamic environment.

What do we look for? 

 We welcome applications from enthusiastic students who are on track to achieve a minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline. Additionally, you’ll need:
✔️ 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent
✔️ 5 GCSEs (A- C or 9-4), including Maths and English (or equivalent)
✔️ Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
✔️ The ability to manage pressure and adapt to changing priorities
✔️ Intermediate MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
✔️ Experience with Diligent Entities (advantageous but not essential)
