We are seeking an Account Executive (B2B) – Language Learning Solutions (all genders) based in Berlin, Germany.

Your mission with us:
As an Account Executive (B2B), you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads into long-term customers. You will consult decision-makers on their company’s learning needs and design tailored language training programs that create measurable impact for learners and business stakeholders.

You will own the full sales cycle — from discovery to closing — while building meaningful relationships with strategic clients and collaborating cross-functionally to improve both internal processes and the customer experience.





Your tasks:

Consultative Sales & Pipeline Ownership
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses with inbound leads to understand challenges, business goals, and learner requirements.
  • Consult prospects and design valuable language learning solutions that solve real business problems.
  • Independently manage your lead pipeline and drive opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Build compelling business cases and present customized offers to stakeholders and decision-makers
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
  • Consistently achieve and overperform ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to ensure predictable revenue development.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase recurring revenue.
Client Relationship & Strategic Account Development
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with strategic clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Manage strategic client projects and ensure smooth onboarding and continued success for learners.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and contribute to customer retention and renewal.
Market & Product Feedback
  • Stay on top of developments in the language learning and corporate L&D market uct Feedback(trends, needs, competitors).
  • Provide proactive feedback on market insights, customer needs, and opportunities to improve the product
  • Suggest improvements for internal processes and contribute actively to scaling the sales function.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market initiatives, product updates, pricing topics, and customer success strategies.

You bring to Lingoda

  • 2–3 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally selling complex services or solutions.
  • Strong ability to guide prospects through structured discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different seniority levels.
  • Professional fluency in English and German (verhandlungssicher).
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to translate customer needs into structured solutions.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and high ownership.
  • Solution-oriented and proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities and act quickly.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience using a CRM system such as HubSpot (or Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Background in EdTech, HR Tech, Learning & Development
