What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities:
- Practice high-quality small animal medicine, with opportunity to see avian and exotic cases if interested, in a full-service general practice setting
- Provide preventive care, wellness exams, treat sick patients, and chronic disease management
- Perform soft tissue surgery, dental procedures, and offer rehabilitative care
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools like digital radiography, ultrasound, CT imaging, and in-water treadmill therapy
- Work alongside doctors with advanced skills in surgeries and dentals, orthopedic surgery, veterinary acupuncture, and avian and exotics medicine
- Train and receive mentorship in a supportive hospital that values your clinical skills growth and career development

Who You Are — Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an AVMA accredited university, or equivalent
- Active veterinarian license in New York, or license eligible
- Experienced in small animal medicine
- Surgery and dental experience, or desire to further develop these skills
