Role Overview
As a Junior Creative Producer, you’ll be responsible for generating creatives. This involves every process from generating ideas to the final stages of production. For that, you’ll be collaborating with production partners and artists who can bring the creative concepts to reality. This role requires cooperating with both internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate creative ideas for videos and playable ads.
- Collaborate with senior producers on concept development, contributing original ideas aligned with the core vision and hypotheses.
- Prepare clear tasks and brief descriptions.
Provide constructive, high-quality feedback to art and motion designers to ensure excellent video execution.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1+ year of experience in mobile game development.
- Proven experience in video and/or advertising production.
- Comprehensive understanding of the video ad production lifecycle: from creating ideas to final rendering.
- Knowledge of current trends in mobile gaming and mobile advertising.
- Understanding of the unique aspects of gameplay video creatives.
- Familiarity with the performance marketing principles.
