Rocksteady Music School is the UK’s largest rock and pop school. We teach fun and inclusive in-school band lessons to primary age children. Our mission is simple: to amplify children's self-belief and remove barriers to music education. We are now looking to hire a Rocksteady Brand Representative. Are you a high-energy musician with the experience and passion to inspire the next generation of pop and rock musicians? Location: This is a travelling role.
Fuel: Fuel card included in addition to salary ( UK/EU Driving Licence and own transport is an essential requirement for the role)
As a Rocksteady Brand Representative you will:
- Deliver music assemblies and workshops in primary schools across the UK
- Excite and inspire children aged 4-11 to want to learn an instrument in a rock band
- You will perform daily in front of the most energised and captivating audience in the world - Children
- Create lasting relationships with the school’s staff
- Ensure a smooth experience for new schools starting our lessons
As a Rocksteady Brand Representative you’ll need:
- To be a multi-instrumentalist - skilled on at least 3 of: drums, guitar, keyboard and vocals
- Excellent communication and social abilities with both children and adults
- To be dynamic, confident and approachable
- To thrive on performing and public speaking
- To be personable and people focused
- To be sales experience preferred, but not a requirement (we provide training)
- To be comfortable working independently
- A full UK/EU driving licence and own transport

- £29,000 per annum (please note this includes an additional £3,000 London weighting (applicable if your home address is within the M25), the base salary for this role is £26,000) + up to £3,000 commission
