Revenue Associate Accountant

We are looking for a Revenue Associate Accountant to manage client invoicing, revenue recognition, and collection tracking to help maintain strong cash flow and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely client invoices in compliance with client agreements.
- Record, reconcile, and adjust revenue transactions in QuickBooks Online in line with accounting standards.
- Monitor accounts receivable, track overdue balances, and follow up to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and maintain AR aging reports for review by the Accounting Operations Manager and Controller.
- Assist with month-end revenue reporting, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
- Provide detailed AR and revenue reports to the Controller and management.
