We are seeking an Industrial Engineer who will support continuous improvement efforts by helping analyze, develop, and implement efficient production methods. This role assists in determining labor standards, evaluating facility layouts, supporting process optimization, and identifying opportunities for ergonomic, material‑flow, and cost improvements. The Industrial Engineer will work cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and production teams to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and at expected quality levels.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support investigations into production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, cost, and throughput.
- Assist in developing standardized methods and procedures for manufacturing operations.
- Help establish and maintain labor standards using time studies, work measurement tools, and data analysis.
- Participate in planning activities related to facility layouts, material flow, and equipment placement to improve efficiency.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments to help create safe and efficient workstations.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to implement process changes, document instructions, and monitor performance.
- Analyze production data to support manpower planning and capacity assessments.
- Contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives through waste elimination, improved workflow, and optimization of material handling.
- Provide general support for continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Lean, or Kaizen events.

What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or related areas (internships or co‑ops acceptable).
- Basic understanding of time studies, work measurement, and developing labor standards.
- Exposure to facility layout planning, workflow optimization, or ergonomic assessments through coursework or early career experience.
- Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze production data and support process improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to contribute effectively in cross‑functional environments.
- Proficiency with common engineering tools and software (Excel, CAD, process mapping tools).
- Clear communication skills and the ability to document and communicate process changes.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes, material flow concepts, and cost‑reduction techniques.
